He discusses the relationship between <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Xu_Zhimo\" target=\"_blank\">Xu Zhimo \u5f90\u5fd7\u6469<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rabindranath_Tagore\" target=\"_blank\">Rabindranath Tagore<\/a> in the context of China, India, and the West and their impact on modern Chinese poetry (with honorable mentions of <a href=\"en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kenneth_Rexroth\" target=\"_blank\">Kenneth Rexroth<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Amy_Lowell\" target=\"_blank\">Amy Lowell<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ezra_Pound\" target=\"_blank\">Ezra Pound<\/a>).
