Who could have written it, and who in Sweden could have read the ms. already, I have no idea, but I’m glad to have the international coverage!
Looks like the post was written by Swedish poet and translator Magnus William-Olsson, some of whose work can be found here: http://wordswithoutborders.org/contributor/magnus-william-olsson/
I published Xi Chuan in a series of international poetry that I edit for the Swedish publishing house Wahlström & Widstrand, translated by Li Li (http://www.adlibris.com/se/product.aspx?isbn=9146220305) when I met Xi Chuan this summer at the Quninghai poetry festival he gave me the manuscript to Notes on the Mosquito. Great book, by the way.

Thanks very much–and congratulations to Swedish poetry for Tranströmer’s new prize!
