Evelyn Ch’ien and co-editor Professor Puk Wing Kin at the Chinese University of Hong Kong have created a team of literary classicists that annotated 600 poems by the professional diplomat Liao Entao (1864-1954).

They have found a publisher but need to cover the publishing fee. They wish to highlight that this was a labor of love – neither of the editors have been financially compensated for work on this project, which they have performed in the spirit of art and diplomacy, a collaboration between two geographical and historical worlds.
